Staff Member Staff Bio
Terry Mencarini
School Administrator
B.S./West Virginia University, graduate work at Cleveland State, Kent and Bob Jones University. Mrs. Mencarini is returning to NBCS after a short "bout" of retirement for year 19. Lives in Bedford Heights with husband Mike and has 2 adult children, Kristie and Mark.

Elementary Memory - accidently setting off the fire alarm in 4th grade at my brand new school.
Barb Salzman
Faith Baptist Bible College, beginning her 19th year, loves crocheting and reading, lives in Macedonia with husband, Randy. Has two grown children, Katie and Kevin both graduates of NBCS. Kevin serves our country in the Army Reserves and is married to Kayla. She is actively involved at NBC with the Building Committee and Ladies Group.

Elementary memory - remembers having her head gashed open by her brother pelting rocks at the school bell. Was helped home by friends while little brother ran and hid for hours. Six stitches were needed!!
Ruth Ann Tipton
1st Grade
B.S./Taylor, M.S./Toledo University, begins her 37th year at NBCS teaching 1st grade and Music. She lives in Bedford with husband Jake. Both her children, Jacob and Kristina, are NBCS/CVCA alums. Kristina is currently teaching 5th grade at Chapel Hill Christian School-South. She plays the keyboard for NBC and enjoys reading and working at Camp Patmos.

Elementary memory - being picked to play Mary in the school Christmas program.
Santha Ross
B.B.A. / University of Cincinnati, lives in Macedonia with husband, Keith, and daughters, Heather and Holly, both NBCS graduates. Heather is in college and Holly is in 10th grade at Nordonia High School. She enters her 9th year at NBCS but previously was a small business owner for 8 years supplying product for independent contractors.

Elementary memory – spending a month in France during 6th grade where she experienced skiing, hiking and sheep shearing.
Randy Salzman
3rd/4th Grade
B.S./Faith Baptist Bible College, is beginning his 34th year, loves Norman Rockwell, reading, and gardening. Lives in Macedonia with wife, Barb. Has two adult children, Katie and Kevin, both NBCS graduates. Kevin is married to Kayla and is in the Army Reserves. Randy is actively involved in his churches many projects.

Elementary memory - 6th grade teacher, Mrs. Girlie, helped them build a snow fort and then led the way in a great snowball battle.
